We offer an unconditional refund policy for our loyal clients. Yes, but you have to abide by a few key principles of returns.


The item must only be in the same condition as when it was first purchased. It cannot be used, worn, or altered in any way. You must return it along with:

  • The original container and tags
  • The invoice
  • Proof of purchases

Please let us know if you’re unhappy with the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, has a problem, or you acquired the incorrect goods, kindly get in touch with us immediately.

The simplest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you currently own and then buy the desired item when the return has been approved.


Some products, including personal care items, cannot be returned, including customized items and bespoke goods (like special orders, things like lingerie, and personal items)

Gift cards and anything that are discounted or on sale are regrettably not returnable.
